Elspeth has been a member of Morrison Kent’s Commercial Litigation Team since 1999 and became a partner in January 2008.

- Elspeth is experienced in resolving property and commercial disputes through the New Zealand Courts and by alternative dispute resolution.
- She advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of commercial insolvency, including negotiations with creditors, advice on schemes of arrangement and recovery of debts.
- Elspeth has acted on a myriad of commercial disputes for clients, including the resolution of commercially sensitive joint venture arrangements.
