Andrew is a partner in the Morrison Kent Corporate & Commercial Team, and became a partner on 1 January 1998. Andrew is also a member of the Morrison Kent Wellington Board.

Recent Experience
- Currently advising members of Creative HQ (Wellington business incubator) on aspects of business start-up.
- Adviser since 1994 to Pencarrow Private Equity Limited and portfolio companies in respect of management buy-outs, equity and debt investments, and related financing transactions, including the acquisition by AMP Private Capital/AMP Pencarrow Fund of stakes in Design Mobel, CS Company Limited, New Zealand Crane Hire and Phil & Ted’s Most Excellent Buggy Company.
- Adviser to listed company Property For Industry Limited on corporate matters since 1999, including advice on NZX compliance, annual report, AGM, and financing issues, and successfully applied to the Securities Commission 2002-2003 for Exemption Notice from certain Securities Act requirements.
- Adviser to Rockgas Limited (now owned by Contact Energy Limited) since 1994 on all aspects of its business, including supply, reticulation and distribution contracts, terms of trade, acquisition of businesses, acquisition and leasing of sites, obtaining Commerce Commission clearances, Commerce Act, Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act advice, and establishment of a nationwide franchise.
- From 1996 - 2006 adviser to Prime Finance Limited in all aspects of its business, including debt securities and prospectus issues, capital raising, compliance with PPSA and preparation of facility and security documents. Also advised the outgoing board in respect of its recent takeover by Allied Farmers Limited.
- Adviser to Grant Thornton New Zealand on association and corporate issues including restructure of its national practice.
- Adviser to Willis Bond and Company Limited on the establishment of its private property fund.
- Adviser to a financier of NZ feature films.
- Adviser to Horticulture New Zealand Incorporated on constitutional aspects and formation of charitable and not-for-profit entities.
