Experience
Ian works within the commercial property department where he has extensive experience & expertise in all aspects of property transactions for companies & institutions. This includes acquisitions, commercial leasing & development.
Additionally Ian provides trust & asset protection and personal property services to a number of the firm’s personal clients
Ian has been practicing since 1972 and joined Morrison Kent in 1980. He is currently a member of two committees of the Auckland District Law Society Inc. and a member of a New Zealand Law Society Standards Committee.
