Experience
Sarah works in the commercial property team. Her expertise is in property transactions with a particular emphasis on financing & securities, sale & purchases of businesses and commercial property, leasing, subdivisions as well as private client services.
Sarah’s legal work has included acting on a complex due diligence investigation for the purchase of a $16.5 million Queen Street building and completing a 40 lot residential subdivision at Waimauku.
Sarah has been with Morrison Kent since 2001. She regularly attends legal education seminars & is actively involved as a volunteer at the Auckland SPCA.
