Background
Nick was admitted to the bar in 1996 and undertook paralegal work in London. In 2003 Nick joined the Office of the Privacy Commissioner working in the Investigations Team and as a mediator. He joined the Morrison Kent litigation/dispute resolution team in 2007.
Nick is a director of Nana Ltd, a commercial audio production and sound design company.

Nick’s background in business and in law provides added value to his clients in all ranges of dispute resolution, risk management and litigation. This has particular advantages in terms of strategy and a result-driven approach. While appearing regularly throughout the court system, his focus is on achieving resolution outside the intrinsic uncertainties of litigation and advising clients on the minimisation of liability and litigation risk.
